I can design a class or one on one session to fit your needs. Just ask! Classes I have created include:

Yoga for 9to5ers: Focuses on stretching lower back, hips and hamstrings, then moves on to core strengthening techniques. Includes specific meditations for focusing, calming, centering, and maintaining energy levels.

Yoga for Exotic Dancers: Focuses on re-alignment of the feet, knees, hips, and lower back and includes techniques for preventing shoulder and back injuries while performing on a pole. Meditations focus on improving confidence and maintaining proper perspective and sense of self.

Storytime Yoga: For children three and up, and their parents. We’ve taken traditional stories of Hindu mythology and made them into yoga classes! Become the elephant-headed Ganesh, ride on Shiva’s tiger, and shoot your bow and arrow with Arjuna. This class is a blast.
